CS的一些游戏设置在暗里调节？

每一次进去都要再调一次时间啦 金钱啊 的设置，

怎么设置才能让他固定住？

解决方案:
桌面 CS 右键属性 查找目标 打开cstrike文件，再打开config 修改
我的CFG，正常为:
