中国优秀男子背越式跳高运动员起跳阶段的特征

摘要：背越式跳高中，助跑与起跳技术的结合是跳高完整技术中十分重要的环节。起着承上启下的作用，同时对正确地完成起跳动作、提高跳高成绩有直接影响。对我国优秀男子背越式跳高运动员的分析研究，结果表明：我国现阶段优秀男子跳高运动员在起跳腿着地瞬间身体重心垂直速度；起跳腿着地瞬间身体倾角；起跳阶段摆动腿摆动的角速度和高度；起跳腿髋、膝、踝关节角度等方面与世界优秀男子运动员存在差距。
