取平方，得：
1 + 2sinAcosA = 1 + sin2A = 1/25
sin2A = -24/25
用万能公式：
sin2A = 2tanA / (1 + (tanA)^2) = -24/25
24(tanA)^2 + 50tanA + 24 = 0
(3tanA + 4) (8tanA + 6) = 0
所以：tanA = -3/4 或：tanA = -4/3

因为0 < A < 180，所以 sinA > 0
若 tanA = -3/4 ，则：sinA = 3/5，cosA = -4/5，这时sinA + cosA ≠ 1/5，故舍去；
若 tanA = -4/3 ，则：sinA = 4/5，cosA = -3/5，这时满足sinA + cosA = 1/5。

所以：tanA = -4/3 ， cotA = -3/4
