I don't think a visa has been issued.

It seems you have submitted your application and waiting for a response. You should receive an acknowledgement of your application and at the right top corner is the Client Identifcation Number in the format xxxx-xxxx. With such a number, you will be able to check it online.

The online page provides very limited information though.
