UC知道关机出现天书

各位大虾，有个棘手的问题向请教一下：
我的PC按正常关机程序关机时：当退出系统后经常还会出现以下字样，造成无法关机，还要再按下主机电源开关才能正式关机（当下次启动时系统还要再扫描一次错误才进入系统)
不知这是何原因？应该怎样解决？

If problems continue , disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software . disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart you computer, press F8 to select Advanced startup options, and then select safe Mode .

对，我也遇到过这种问题，就按照其英文提示去做好了：再遇到这种情况以后重启，如果不行的话就重新安装驱动程序。
再遇见时重启 把驱动重装一下
不行就麻烦了
问题出现，WINDOWS将强制停止以防止为害你的电脑。
