怎样维持永远在办公室?

The methods to keep us fit vary. In the morning, you can get up early, go to your office on foot.You can also do some sports when you're on the way to your office.If you really don't have enough time,you can do some phisical excercises when you're working.For example,shaking your arms and your neck.It will help you relax.

But it's hard to keep fit if you sit in the office all year long......Actually,if your keep diet,you can also keep fit.But it will do harm to your health.
