我在电脑那里点开始 然后点摄像头快捷方程式要启动摄像头 然后电脑变蓝屏 并出现一大堆英文提示（本人看不懂，）然后只能重新启动电脑．具体英文如下．．．

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates.Disable BIOS menmory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components restart your computer ,press F8 to select Advanced startup.options,and then select safe mode.
