11. ARBITRATION
Any dispute or difference between the Parties as to the performance of this Vendor the rights or liabilities of the Parties herein, or any matter arising out of the same or connected therewith, which cannot be settled amicably shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act 2005.
Venue of arbitration shall be Khartoum, Sudan. Nevertheless, venue could be changed to any other place unanimously agreed upon by the Parties. The language to be used in the arbitration proceedings shall be English. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the Parties. The cost of arbitration shall be borne equally or as otherwise decided by the arbitration award.

11. 仲裁
