.exe文件损坏
重启按F8选“命令提示符的安全模式”，然后在命令提示符下直接输入assoc .exe=exefile 或ftype exefile=%1%* 然后回车就OK了！

能进到系统吗?

能进去的话用sfc /scannow 这个命令试一下(要把系统安装盘放到光驱里).
