这句话对不对?

一般说来，从句的时态应该和主句一致。
但是从句如果是客观事实等，用一般现在时。
比如：He found that the earth goes around the sun.

但是楼主的这个句子不符合，应该把
uses要改成used

从句的时态要与主句一致
这里uses要改成used
