The traffic accident had happened at 8:00 p. m May 5th in xin hua road when I was on my way home .I saw a crowd was gathering, I turned to the direction of the noise ,wondering what had happened. .A car had collided with a truck , and a person of the car had badly injured. Fortunately , someone administered first-aid in order to stop blood loss, and another helped to dial 110 for the police and call the ambulance. Three minutes later, an ambulance turned up and the injured person was sent to the hospital immediately.
Thanks to the help of warm –hearted passers-by ,the wounded person was rescued .And also I feel only if everyone will share their love ,the world will be getting better.

1.去掉had--The traffic accident happened at 8:00 p. m
有具体的时间要用一般过去时而不能用完成时

2.wondering what was happening.
这里要用进行时表示正在发生

3.a person in the car was badly injured
车里的人要用in,而不是of(of表从属关系)
同样,这里叙述一个事实,应该用一般过去时,不用完成时

4.stop blood from losing
stop ... from doing阻止干某事

5.And also I felt
(时态要一致,过去时)

改：When I was on my way home on May 5, a traffic accident happened at 8:00 p.m. on Xin Hua Road. (地点 -- 街名 要大写！)

改：I saw a crowd gathering as I turned to the direction of the noise, wondering what had happened.

改：A had had collided with a truck, and a person in the car was badly injured.
