我很高兴的通知大家关于外科部在丽江年会的相关事宜和具体安排，请仔细阅读以下注意事项和详细安排。
⊕ 请仔细阅读附件“namelist”是所有人的酒店安排和航班信息。
● 机票事宜
1. 所有机票均为电子客票，大家记好自己的航班，用身份证/护照登机。
2. 机票为折扣票，不得签转、退票。
3. 附件中的机票信息是我们通过旅行社订购的，均为就近统一出发。如您所在的地区并不是我们机票出发的地点，这一段的交通请填写出差申请自行解决。
4. 11月21日返程的机票有些抵达各地时间较晚，外地的同事自行安排在北京和上海的一晚酒店住宿（两人一间），于第二天返回所在区域。
5. 上海机场为虹桥机场
6. 附件中未有航班信息的同事，请尽快预订机票并回复于Dolores。
● 接机送机
请查看“namelist”的接送机安排，如未安排的，请自行解决。
其它需要安排接送机的嘉宾，请告知。
● 酒店安排
请查看“namelist”中的分房表，由各部门助理协助分配。
