随着我国随着改革开放的深入，社会主义市场经济的发展，我国经济经历了重大的变革，已经从国家、集体所有的完全公有制到由私有企业扮演强有力角色混合所有制经济。私营企业经济增长很快，其工农产值也逐年上升，到2005年底，国内非国有部门的产出增长到期约占GDP的 35％。私有经济的重要性跃居第二，仅次于国家所有部分。私营企业发展涉及到国家的宏观政策、企业自身的管理，资金、人才等等一系列问题，本文着重从私营企业发展的内部管理问题中的会计核算问题作些探讨，提一些建设性的意见，以引起经营者们的注意。
本文主要是在调查研究的基础上，通过分析黑龙江省大润商经贸公司财务制度的执行情况，对会计核算工作进行剖析，根据《企业会计准则》中的12项会计核算的一般原则及国家相关法律法规，发现该公司财务会计核算方面存在会计人员业务水平不高、会计作证填制不规范、记帐方法不规范、会计科目设置不规范、不按规范核算支取现金、收款票据不规范等问题。借鉴国外等国家的有关会计准则，对小型民营企业内部控制系统的建设等若干问题进行探讨，对如何改革大润商经贸有限公司会计核算体系提出设想和建议，以期有助于我国整个民营小企业会计准则的建立与完善……
