摘 要
成本管理一直是企业日常经营管理的一项中心工作，在企业生产经营实践中起着相当重要的作用。
工程项目是企业的成本中心，也是利润的主要来源。成本管理对一个企业来说就成为一个永恒的话题，如何进行成本管理以及成本管理的好与差直接关系到一个企业的经济效益的好与坏，甚至关系到企业的生存、发展。
随着各行各业竞争日趋激烈，获利空间越来越小，企业都更加重视工程项目的成本管理，把成本控制目标作为重要的考核指标。为了提高市场竞争力，企业要在项目施工中，尽量降低消耗来控制成本，把影响工程成本的各项费用控制在计划范围内，因此，必须加强成本管理。
本文就我国防腐行业中小企业的流动灵活、现场施工等特点，结合企业实际管理，从成本控制方法进行研究， 既在生产原料成本，人工成本和制造费用方面加以挖掘，分析了在降低生产成本方面比较有效的控制方法，就KS公司在引入每一种方法的实际过程，使得每一种方法的可操作性更强。并引进新的思考，提出整合成本控制理念，就企业成本管理的一些问题谈些粗浅的认识，旨在加强对企业生产管理中的漏洞加以控制，提高效益。
