大家不要争来争去了，是这样的：
She is a little thinner than she looked.
因为她现在比以前瘦了，所以要用过去时looked.

she is a little thinner than she,
she looks a little thinner than she

She is alot thinner than what she used to be.

She is little thinner than she looked.
应该是吧~~~

She is a little thinner than she looks like.
