After that, in 1975 and in 1981,she received her M.A. degree in politics in the University of Notre Dame and her p.h.D in the International Postgraduat School of Denver University. She became a lecturer in Stanford University when she was only 26.
Janurary,1989,the 34-year-old Rice started her political career as she took the office of the special assistant in US security affairs in the George Bush administration.As an expert on Russian affairs, Rice is the black women who has the highst postition in American government in history. She was the second female Secretary of State after Madeline Albright in American history.She sp
