I am aware that it is an affence under the immigration Act 1971,as amended by the Nationality Immigration and Asylum Act2002,to make to a person acting in execution of the Act a statement or representation which the maker knows to be false or does not belive to be true,and to obtain or seek to obtain leave to enter in the United Kingdom by means which include deception.
我明白在如下根据移民法案1971，以及国籍移民法和避难法案2002，在某人不被采信而且可能以欺诈的方式获得或者想办法获得机会进入英国的时候，应该让对象人获得一个陈述来适用执行法案。
据我所知，根据1971年移民法案，以及作为补充的国籍移民法案和2002年收容救济法案，在人员确知为虚假或者不认为是事实的情况下让执行法案本身的该人员作出声明或者陈述，以包含欺诈的手段图谋获取或者争取获取休假机会以进入不列颠联合王国是必须定罪的。
我知道这是1971年大移民运动时制定的法规，并于2002年由国家移民署和收容所重新修订，目的是为了约束移民虚假或不真的证明文件，和通过各种途径包括欺骗，来获得或寻求离开故土加入英国的行为。（有点乱）
