nowadays,company recruit their prospective employees often by interview.interview has taken an important part in employee selection.some people claim about it,but as for my part,i advocate taking interview as a means to select the right employees.
first of all,interview is not only to give a face to face talk to interviewer and interviwee.but also give the chance for them to communicate.so the interviewer can get furthur understand about the characters of the interviewees.
secondly,the resume can not indicate all the imformation about the person's quality.interview can give a test about the employees ability.for example,employees are required to speak english fluently in the scene.this is a chace for the interviewees to show their ablity.
