and前边过去时，后边现在完成时？不是应该前后时态一样的么？

楼上的答案是正确的.
1.D 10 years ago 需要接过去式,后面表示继起,用since then 或ever since 都可以.但是只能选D
2. A Since 2001 need following the expression of period of time.(sorry,cant type chinese now,something wrong with my computer)
从2001年到现在就是一个时间段。
