第一题，up to now是“到现在”的习惯口语用法。如果说“到那时”可以用up to then.
第二题,就听楼上的吧
第三题，it is still a rewarding try for me .可能更好些。
第四题，可以说finaly,i got the point of sth.

第一题可以试用完成时，使用by now
第二题可以用：during my various school activities,
sth impress me most.
第三提可以用：it is a great challenge for me....
第四题可以用：get to know 替换know,因为领悟是一个过程，而只用know体现不出这个过程。后面by myself 最好不用。当然也可以用realize
