摘要
我国是世界服装生产和出口大国,却没有国际知名的服装品牌,服装的出口靠的是帖牌代工换取低廉的加工费而不是品牌。随着中国加入WTO,服装市场竞争日趋激烈,帖牌代工的利润也越来越小,我国服装企业应寻求新的发展路线。本文运用品牌战略理论,结合加入WTO对我国服装业的影响,通过对我国服装行业优势劣势的分析,并借鉴国际服装品牌的经营理念和成功经验,客观阐述了我国服装企业走品牌化路线的基本战略。
本论文分为四部分。第一部分引入品牌战略基本理论;第二部分分析品牌战略;第三部分阐述我国服装品牌战略路线。第四部分结合案例分析我国服装品牌战略的未来发展方向。
总之,实施品牌战略是新世纪国际商战的必然要求,也是我国服装企业转型走向国际化的必经之路。
