本文首先从煤炭市场的特点着手,分析指出了国有煤炭企业开展市场营销工作的必要性;接着从煤炭行业的概况着手,分别分析了国内外煤炭行业的发展概况,通过对我国煤炭行业市场营销环境的分析,指出了国内煤炭行业存在的问题。
在此基础上从市场细分、价格和服务几个方面分析了我国煤炭企业市场营销战略,最后提出了“品牌的推广与提升”和“客户关系管理“两个方面来实施煤炭企业市场营销战略和政策建议。
