而continue doing sth.是继续做刚才没做完的那件事
虽然都有继续的意思，但继续干的对象是不同的
最简单的说法，to do 是中间有中断，doing 是无中断，持续的就像stop to do 和stop doing 一样，stop to do X就是说停下手里的某事去做X这件事,stop doing X是说停止作X这件事
