目的 通过对外资医药企业营销策略的分析与借鉴来加强国内医药企业的竞争力,使其采用更为科学的先进的营销策略。方法 采用文献法、比较分析法,个案法等方法从4P营销策略的角度分析其优良之处并加以借鉴。结果 获得了新的营销观、完善了原有策略,选择性地借鉴了发达国家的现代营销理论和经验。结论 在原有营销策略的基础上,吸取了国外的经验,最后总结出了一套适合中国国情的、独特的营销策略。
