在网上看到的讲解，conductivity apparatus有测量固体，也有测量液体或半导体的，也些甚至涉及electron mobility。实际描述应该按实际情景而写，究竟是测量电子零件，或是测量物质。

conductivity apparatus不一定是一件仪器，它可以是一套装置，一套设备，由多件装置或部件配搭而成。
