Many people believe that the spoken English test is necessary. They argue that English is not just a test. Getting a high score doesn't mean whether you are good at english. In fact, the primary function of English is to communicate, so oral English is important too. The spoken English test plays an important role in English test.
On the other hand, some people consider that spoken English test is unnecessary. They think that spoken English test is quite different from the particularly spoken one. They point out that when you are communicating with someone in daily life, the words you say are not exactly the same as the ones you use in the test.
General speaking, oral English is much more important in our daily life than in the test. I will try to speak English with others more frequently. If I have to take an exam of spoken English, there will be nothing trouble me.
