We hereby authorize Mr. You Shun to deal with matters relating to incomplete contractual obligations and documentations to date, between Greater China Management Limited and China Port Limited subject Hotel Solaris.
Further, Mr. You Shun is authorized to negotiate in matter concerning rent free period in future against completion of fixtures and construction of unfinished facilities of the hotel by our own resource under the overriding parameter that China Port Limited should have no further cash outlay in this project, provided that this off-set should be fair and equitable to both parties.
