IIS中ASP文件打不开

我的服务器也出现过这样的问题。HTML文件可以浏览，只要遇到ASP文件就有这个问题，连最简单的ASP文件都没有办法解析。

具体错误如下：

Server Application Error
The server has encountered an error while loading an application during the processing of your request. Please refer to the event log for more detail information. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.

1.重新启动IIS，没有任何收效，错误依旧。
2.重新启动电脑，还是老问题。
3.开始怀疑是ASP.DLL文件出了问题，重新注册还是不行。
4.重新注册其他的组件，还是老错误。
5.网上搜索了N多资料，最多的就是说密码不同步，按上面的方法还是不行。
6.重新安装IIS5.0，好不容易安装完了，还是不行。（快崩溃了……）

上次出现了这样的问题，经过半天时间的摸索，终于找到了个解决办法。详细解决方法:
