我也觉得应该选b
首先price 不能用expensive或者cheap修饰。要用high或者low.所以排除c d
然后too high a price 意思是 相当高的价格。
这个就是固定表达。跟什么so pretty a girl..一样的。记住好了。

too, so , how , 等副词加单数可数名词短语时，要先加形容词，再加a(an)再加名词。
How beautiful a garden it is
He is so good a friend
This is too high a tree.等

expensive是形容词，后面要接名词。a作为不定冠词要和名词紧挨着
且price要用expensive形容，固定搭配！故选D。

价格应该说high/low
物品可以说expensive/cheap
