此句是没有错误的 除了楼主把cooking误打为looking

翻译：象做饭洗衣之类的家庭琐事会占用很多本可以用来学习的时间。
might have been 表示 本应该是（实际上不是）
been 是表是被动 时间是被花

主干family chores will take much time away!

such as cooking and washing 是举例说明 象做饭洗衣之类的琐事

take away 取走的意思， take much time away 取走很多时间

that might have been spent on study! 是that 引导的定语从句用来修饰time 意思是本该可以用来学习的时间

主干：famlily chores+might have been spent on study.
其他的都是小零件。
