5. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SOLE DISTRIBUTOR:
5.1 The Sole Distributor shall during the term of this Agreement:
5.1.1 Diligently protect the Principal’s best interests and act dutifully and in good faith towards the Principal;
5.1.2 Use its best endeavor to promote and market the “WOW” products in India, including undertaking promotional campaigns. and promptly notify the Principal of any information which it receives and which may be relevant to the Principal, relating to the sale and marketing of the Products and which comes to the Agent’s attention;
5.1.3 Advise the Principal with regard to all legislative provisions in force or to be brought into force in the Territory which may affect the marketing, acceptability or sale of the Products in the Territory or which may call for alterations to be made to the products, or their packaging or the instruction for their use, to enable them to be marketed or sold in the Territory;
5.1.4 Promptly transmit to the Principal

5. 独家经销商的义务：
The sole Distributor has this day paid an advance- as the receipt of which the Principal hereby admits and acknowledges.
独销商须提前付款——作为负责人同意和承认的收据。
2.2 The advance shall by set off against purchases by the Sole Distributor.
2.2 独销商须用购物款抵消提前支付款。
