纵观全文，大部分都是讲营造一个好的阅读环境的办法，从题目来看 creat是一个动词，如果选B，文章应该说创造一个好的环境～但纵观全文，讲的是很多种方法，因此不应该是a ， 应该用 environments～
全文讲了很多种消除环境干扰，制造好的阅读环境的办法，因此还是选C比较好～ 毕竟文章讲 方法ways而不是讲环境～
