回答是他们是在301房间里吗？Room前面是否要加The

不加the。
因为在特定指某一事物时才用the，比如“The bank in the town was built yesterday.”如果不加the，就不知道是哪一家银行和哪一座村镇。
而Room 301 已经是特指了，不会再有另一个Room 301（语境中）。
