Major Responsibilities:

Warranty and Goodwill:

Develop, implement and control a warranty and goodwill policy and strategy on the basis of the guidelines and regulations from headquarter and considering customer expectations.

Prepare, update regularly and distribute to the dealers all the necessary documentation (i.e. warranty manual, actual information etc.).

Verify training needs for warranty clerks on dealer level and internally organize the necessary in close cooperation with the Technical Specialist / Trainer.

Identify the ideal claim processing considering the interests of the dealer.

Claim processing from the deale
