the holders of stock shall, according to the amount of stock held by them, have the same rights, privileges and advantages as regards dividends, voting at meetings of the Company and other matters as if they held the shares from which the stock arose, but no such privilege or advantage(except participation in the dividends and profits of the Company and in the assets on winding up) shall be conferred by an amount of stock which would not, if existing in shares, have conferred that privilege or advantage.

所有股东均应按照持有股票的价值,与持有升值后股票的股东平等享有公司分配红利,会议表决或其他事务的权利和利益,但未被赋予平等权利和利益的股票持有股东不能享受此权利(除了分红与财产结算分配事宜).
其他重大持有股票应根据他们持有的股票数量,享有同等的权利, 至于特权和优势分红 会议表决事项及其他公司如召开股股票所产生 但无特权或好处(除参与公司红利和利润以及在资产 清盘)不得授予股票金额不会如现有股份, 赋予这项特权或好处.
