协议签订之后，乙方应支付5万美金给甲方，作为生产保证金，用于甲方购买原材料保证生产之用；协议期到，若双方继续延长合作期限，则新的合作期限的生产保证金将根据新的销售额重新商议，若终止合作，则甲方应将全额的生产保证金退还乙方。
Party B shall, upon signature of this agreement, make a payment of USD50,000 to Party A as the production deposit which is intended for the purchase of raw materials necessary for normal production; if both parties wishes to continue the operation when this agreement is expired, they may set a new cooperation life with a new production deposit rated against new sales and agreed upon by both parties; if the cooperation is terminated Party A shall return the production deposit in full to Party B.
