能看懂，建议改成：Now other companies are not able to gain this item,however this Chinese company assure that they can.

Now, the other companies couldn't gain this item while the Chinese company can.

能看懂，但绝对是chinglish，建议你改得地道一些

Other companies have not have the ability to gain this item until now, except the one in China.

要看是什么人拉。。

如果这个人以前接触过中国人的话。。
对他来说应该没什么难度。。
不过语法也不要错的太离谱。
