当前，随着信息技术的不断进步，人们对工作以外时尚生活的追求以及对信息量要求的增加。对明星的追捧，对名人生活工作的关注，对政府官员职权行驶和作风问题的探讨，都成了人们生活的一部分，一些媒体抓住受众的心理，对公众人物的生活隐私不断的进行报导，以此来增加收视率和发行量，在满足受众文化需求的同时提高其经济效益。但是这些被发布的信息的来源，采集手段是否合法却被忽视，信息的真实性更不得而知。一些媒体正是利用了我国对于公民隐私权法律的漏洞来大肆的对公众人物隐私进行渲染、窥探，甚至侵犯其生活。隐私权属于人身权利的一部分，我国宪法明确保护公民人身权利不受侵犯。希望我国能尽快出台有关隐私权保护的相关法律，能给公民，特别是还公众人物
一个相对自由的生活空间。
