1。与其它几个国外著名ERP系统相比，在具体模块中，其它几个系统都有比SAP强许多的地方，许多地方SAP真的不值得称道，比如在排产方面、在解决能力瓶颈的功能方面、在解决具体行业的特殊性方面，SAP都有大不如其它系统的地方；
2。 在灵活性方面，SAP比其它几个著名系统也有很大欠缺，可以说SAP钢性很强（稳定性）而柔性不足；
3。 SAP也有许多BUG，如果企业没有SAP的专门人才，当出现问题时，不能从数据库或者系统后台找出原因，就无法解决问题；
4。SAP的一些功能不好用，比如投入产出同一个物料时，系统容易产生死循环，所以并不象SAP声称的那样好用（听说到R/4版后，可以解决这个问题，我拭目以待）；
5。 SAP不具备解决连续流程制造行业的能力（指生产管理部分）；
6。 SAP是以财务为导向的系统，它的其他几个模块比如PM、PS模块不具备企业设备管理、工程项目管理的实际需要能力，仅作为收集设备维修、工程项目费用管理的工具；
