我做TRUE/FALSE/NOT GIVEN题目时，一句话应该怎么区别是FALSE还是NOT GIVEN啊？
比如说：
原文 Smoking is responsible for 30 per cent of all deaths from cancer in US.
题目 30 per cent of deaths in the United States are caused by smoking-related diseases.
这道题目答案是什么啊？
文章中并没有说30%的人因为吸烟死亡，但是这并非完全不可能，为什么肯定不是NOT GIVEN
