看死亡笔记有些不明白

一开始得时候，L是叫一个犯人来以他得名字在电视上发表讲话，也就是说，那个犯人用得是假名字吧，那么为什么月在知道假名就能把那个人杀死呢??
后来那个FBI得女朋友用得是假名字，就杀不了她了，是怎么一回事？？
那L就是假名了呗

那个犯人用的名本来就是真名~

只不过月只知道L叫L，并不知道L全名

而犯人的名字中恰好有一个大写的L

月就误认为那个犯人是L了

PS：死亡笔记只适用于

持笔记者只有知道被杀者的姓名且心中默想那人的样貌才能用笔记杀人，否则无效，最明显的例子就是那个FBI得女朋友

The human whose name is written in this note shall die.
被记在这本笔记里的人一定会死亡。
This note will not take effect unless the writer has the person's face in their mind when writing his/her name. Therefore, people sharing the same name will not be affected.
如果你记不住上面所写的人的长相，那就没有效果，而且，也不能用在同名同姓的人的身上。
If the cause of death is written within 40 seconds of writing the person's name, it will happen.
在名字的后面，如果来得及在40秒钟内写上他的死因，那么此人将会按你所写的方法死去。
If the cause of death is not specified, the person will simply die of a heart attack.
如果没有写上死因的话，都将会死于心脏麻痹。
After writing the cause of death, details of the death should be written in the next 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
如果写上死因的话，会给你6分40秒的时间来记录更详细的死因。
