1.摘要
在社会主义市场经济体制下，企业要想在激烈的竞争环境中生存，必须强化企业管理，重新审视自我，评价自有问题，通过管理咨询诊断提升管理能力是必然之选。管理咨询诊断作为推动企业管理快速发展的关键手段，现在越来越被企业界广泛认同。但在认识论与方法论的关系上一直却百家争鸣。目前我国与发达国家的企业管理水平相比还有较大的差距,为了改变企业的落后局面,加快现代化的管理步伐,就需要借助管理咨询诊断,改革经营管理上一些不合理的地方。我国企业管理诊断起步较晚，尽管我国有一大批理论经济学家，但是关于解决企业病的管理诊断方法与应用研究的理论专著几乎少之又少，因此迫切需要我们加强对企业管理诊断方法的应用研究。“企业管理诊断”只有运用正确的诊断方法才能诊断出企业的病来，才能“对症下药”，找出对策加以解决，因此企业管理诊断方法是解决企业病的关键所在。管理咨询诊断的第一步就是要诊断，确认病症。作为企业管理咨询的前提，管理诊断是必要的第一步，没有管理问题的诊断也就不可能有管理咨询方案的出炉，而管理问题诊断的正确与否决定了解决方案的有效性，而对企业管理问题正确的认知方法却是作好企业诊断的关键。本文主要从管理的角度对企业的战略管理，企业文化管理，人力资源管理的一些诊断方法及应用进行探讨。
