是不是就只有would rather did（与现在将来相反）had done 与过去相反？
其他形式就没有了？

不能这样说，要看情况。
若would rather后直接接动词，则用：would rather do sth. than do sth.(宁愿做……而不愿做……)；
若 would rather 后接sb.(某人)，则用虚拟语气，即：would rather sb did sth(宁愿某人做……)

would rather 后面跟do，是跟什么东西做比较，不是什么虚拟语气
句形是would rather do A than do B
意思是，宁愿做A也不做B
