第一题是否打错了，应该是two hours'或者是two-hour.前者直接表示两个小时的。如：It's 20 minutes' walk from my house to school.后者直接用作形容词，又如：a 5-year-old boy,men's 100-meter race
第二题A,应为疑问词为where,是副词，所以不能用to,如果用名词就要接上to,比如：What city have you been to?
第三题,正常语序应该是News is important to everybody in modern society.在现代社会新闻对每个人都很重要。突出重要，将important 提到句首，修饰形容词当然用how.what只能接名词
