1.B 存在的有为there be,将来时为there's going to be,或there will be, 一般用there's going to be, 复数为there're going to be. have 是拥有，如：We are going to have a meeting this afternoon.
2.D need 在此用作情态动词，not直接放在need后面，然后跟谓语动词原形，need 也可作实意动词，后跟不定式to do,则答案为don't need to .
4.A send sb. to do sth.派某人去做某事，这儿用被动语态，be sent to表示被派往国外.
9.C 光速快于声速，属于客观真理，用一般现在时，且在宾语从句中不受主句时态的影响。
10.C by+表示过去的时间点，表示从过去的过去到过去为止，用过去完成时。
11.B since用于现在完成时，这儿是there be 结构，changes 又是复数，所以是there have been
