My name is ***. I have received the notice of your embassy just now, which schedules me to take an interview on March 12th.
但是真的非常抱歉，本人因3月16日要去韩国旅游，护照现已被拿去韩国使馆签证，大约要3月20日才回中国。希望贵使馆能把我的签证面谈时间延迟到4月初。
However, I am so sorry that I have a plan to tour in Korea. And my passport has been already sent to Korean Embassy for visa. I will be back to China on March 20th. Could you delay the interview to early April?

But really of very sorry, I want to go to a trip to Korean on March 16th, the passport has already been take now to the Korean legation visa, maybe I’ll return to China on March 20th.I hope you can put it off on April.
