论激励机制在民营企业中的应用

摘要:人力资源管理是运用最科学的手段,更灵活的制度调动人的情感和积极性,无论什么样的企业要发展都离不开人的创造力和积极性,因此企业一定要重视对员工的激励,根据实际情况,综合运用多种激励机制,把激励的手段和目的结合起来,改变思维模式,真正建立起适应企业特色、时代特点和员工需求的开放的激励体系。本文通过对人员激励作用的深入分析和阐述,结合激励作用在民营企业中的运用,把人力资源管理的理论与实践结合,论证了社会主义市场经济条件下,加强人力资源管理特别是充分运用好人员激励机制对民营企业成败兴衰具有着十分重大而深刻的意义。
