要解决电子商务在我国的发展问题，传统企业的问题不可忽视。我国的传统企业介入电子商务还比较缓慢，其原因就是电子商务的风险性较大。这些风险有的来源于企业的外部环境，有的来源于企业的内部管理水平，结构和电子商务的不适配兼容，有的表现为所有企业面临的具有一定共性的风险（如技术性风险，安全性风险），有的表现为个别企业所独有的个性风险（如财务风险，内部网风险）。电子商务作为新生事物，先进入者往往要面临很强的不确定性，传统企业不愿意承担这种不确定性带来的风险。而目前对传统企业在电子商务中的风险分析尚不足。本文的目的主要在于分析电子商务对传统企业的影响，分析传统企业介入子商务有哪些风险，产生这些风险的原因以及怎样解决这些风险，最终为传统企业介入电子商务提供一孔之见。
