2.1. For the Services provided under this Contract the Customer shall pay to the Performer ________________________ US dollars (contract price).

2.1依据本合同客户要为演出服务给演员支付美元(合同价格).
2.2客户给演员支付全额合同款要依据下列程序.
2.3在中国领土上发生的银行手续费由演员帐户支付,在俄罗斯领土上发生的银行手续费由客户方帐户支付.
第3条
演出服务承兑步骤
3.1演出服务结果移交由验收报告约定.在演唱之后,双方收到验收报告,演出以适当的方式进行确认.
3.2演员以邮件、电子邮件和演员代表的方式通知客户所做的工作：信函附上由权威演员代表签字的两份验收报告。
3。3客户自收到演员发出的演出结果之日起20日内确认结果。确认结果之后，客户如果承认结果，就必须在期限时间（20天）内，依据本条款签署从演员个收到的两份验收报告属于客户的部分，之后送达演员；或者，送达一封拒绝演出服务结果理由的信。
3。4如果客户提出拒绝演出服务结果的理由，双方要重新合议，签定一份议定书，议定书要约定进一步的工作发展、纠下行动和截止期限。演员依据演员的费用进行进一步的发展和纠正行动 。
3。5当进一步的工作和纠正行动之后，双方要依据本合同第3条履行演出服务验收报告。
3。6在演出过程中，演员发现由于演员不可控的环境因素不能进行演出时，必须以传真、邮件、或电子邮件的方式通知停止表演的情况。之后，双方自收到通知信之日起10日内相互达成关于演出进一步行动的决定。
