Article 6
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The both Parties carry out property responsibility according to the legislation of Russian Federation in case of when both Parties fail their duties.
6.2. In case of when the Performer fails the performance time of the Services, the Performer must pay penalty fee to the Customer. The penalty fee is 0.1 % (contract price) from the cost of rendered Services of the Contract.
6.3. In case of when the Customer delays the payment to the Performer for the done and accepted rendered Services according to article 2 of the Contract, the Customer must pay penalty fee to the Performer. The penalty fee is 0.1 % from the cost of Services (contract price) of the Contract failure of payment in time for each day in arrears
6.4. The Party which fail the duty according to the Contract must within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receiving claims from injured Party for paying penalty:
